The start of a new year!!!

The Nelson house has been very busy! Mark is busy at work and also with the little projects at home. Myself, I have been working at least one shift a week at the hospital. Ciara is doing great is school, she has competed in a spelling bee, she placed second and went on to another school to compete and also got second there. She loves to read, she is involved in a group call praire readers, she will compete with other schools, on questions from books they had to read. She loves it! Chris is excited for spring to come, so he can use his new BB gun he got for his birhtday! He is so much like his dad, he has been driving the 4 wheeler around the yard, have caught him already doing cookies! I love it! Cayla and Cadee continue to enjoy preschool, Cayla is ready to move on to Kindergarten. Cayla is so fun and challangeing at the some time. Cadee is growing up fast soon to be 4. Where has the time gone? No other real news here at the Nelson house...till next time.

The End of 2010!

This is Christmas day 2010 at our house! The kids with their new loungers watching a Christmas movie. We have been very blessed in the year 2010. Mark had completed his trainie position at the CORPS, I have been able to continue to stay home with the kids, and the kids are growing in more ways than one!

Summer 2010

Ok so it has been a long time since I have been on here to update the progress of our family. Most recent news...Chris fell off the monkey bars at a family event and ended up breaking his arm. He broke it right above the elbow joint, he was very lucky not to have surgery. God was totally with him. He will be in a cast for another 5days!!! It has been hard for him to be in a cast, no swimming is the worst. Mark has been busy with work and many other projects around here. He bought himself a motorcycle last week, so that is his new little toy to mess with. The girls are being girls..enjoying the pool here at home. Have not went swimming in the river yet, the water is really high and I get a little nervious about taking them by myself. School will be starting soon, the 19th of Aug. We are ready I believe. I'm looking forward to it, I will have my mornings to myself!! Hope that your summer is going well.
